Agents are required to operate their agency liquor store for not less than six hours per day Tuesday through Saturday between the hours of 8 a.m. and 2 a.m. Agents may be open Sundays, Mondays, and state legal holidays with no minimum operating hour requirements between 8 a.m. and 2 a.m.

Defective or Transportation Breakage Credit
If you receive a shipment from our liquor warehouse with damage, defective, or missing product, you may apply for a credit.
Product Information
The Montana Department of Revenue distributes all distilled spirits and fortified wines from our liquor warehouse and maintains a list of available products on the website.
Out-of-Stock Sales Item Credit
You may request a credit on items you ordered but did not receive during a sale month.
Holiday Pricing List
Alcoholic beverage vendors offer a wide selection of special products during the holidays. Holiday products are ordered before May 31 of each year.
