Property Tax Assistance Program Application (Form PTAP)

The Property Tax Assistance Program (PTAP) helps citizens on a fixed or limited income by reducing the property tax rate on their home. For more information and to see if you qualify, please see Property Tax Assistance Program.

You may apply for assistance by completing and submitting an electronic Property Tax Assistance Program Application (Form PTAP) or by returning a completed paper PTAP form to your local field office.

If you are already approved for the Property Tax Assistance Program, you will not need to apply again.
