Job Overview:
This position resides in the Business & Income Taxes Division of the Department of Revenue. The incumbent processes claims and provide other support services for the Unclaimed Property Program. They provide program(s) expertise, coordination, and services for a program manager or executive. They plan, implement, and evaluate local, statewide, or community program activities as directed by a program manager or executive. They may specialize in one or more aspects of an assigned program. The position does not supervise other staff.

Job Overview:
This position resides in the Property Assessment Division of the Department of Revenue. The Property Records Specialist (PRS) performs various duties assigned by management. They ensure that property values in the county are accurately recorded, regularly updated, and certified each year for fair and accurate property tax billings. This role supports taxpayers, county officials, and other stakeholders by maintaining reliable property records, processing ownership and sales information, and assisting with taxpayer programs and appeals.
