Sacramental Wine Licensee Tax Returns

Overview

Sacramental wine licensees must file the Wine Distributors and Wineries Quarterly Tax Return (Form WIT) reporting how much wine was sold in the last quarter during the following period that begins October 1 and ends September 30 using the TransAction Portal (TAP).

Reporting Period

Wine sales must be reported for the applicable quarter within the period that begins October 1 and ends September 30.

How to File

All sacramental wine licensees must submit Form WIT through the TransAction Portal (TAP).

Due Date

The WIT form is due on the 15th of each month following the end of the quarter.

Sacramental Wine Tax Rate

Sacramental wine licensees pay $0.27 per liter of wine sold.
