City All-Beverages License
Overview
A City All-Beverages License is used by establishments such as restaurants, bars and taverns in a city or within five miles of a city.
This license lets you:
- Serve all alcoholic beverages including distilled spirits, wine, and beer
- Apply for gambling
- Be open from 8:00 AM to 2:00 AM
Fees
- New License Fee: $400-$800
- Application Processing Fee: $400
- Renewal Fee: $400-$800
Note: The application processing fee only applies to original applications and is not applied to renewals.
Application Requirements
To apply for a license, it must be available from the state to purchase, or you may apply to purchase from an existing license holder.
License Quotas and Limits
The number of licenses available in an incorporated city is based on population. However, if the population increases and a new all-beverages license becomes available, it will be offered through the competitive bidding process. Renewal Date
A city all-beverage license must be renewed every year by June 30.
