Airport All-Beverage Licenses
An Airport All-Beverages License is for publicly owned airports served by scheduled airlines with at least 5,000 passengers each year.
What This License Allows
This license may:
- Be leased to up to three individuals or entities approved by the Department.
- Apply for gambling
- Be open from 8:00 AM to 2:00 AM
- Not provide alcoholic beverages for curbside pickup.
Fees
- New License Fee: $800
- Application Processing Fee: $400
Note: The application processing fee only applies to original applications and is not applied to renewals
Application Requirements
- The agency owning and operating the airport must apply for the license.
- To apply for this license, you must have a designated bar area.

License Renewal Deadline
An airport all-beverages license must be renewed every year by June 30.
